I love me my Drew shoes. I feel confident buying them even with my messed up foot. This is my third pair of Drew shoes and I am so bummed. The width was less then expected and the depth is ridiculous; it feels as though I am going to step right out of my shoes. And the Velcro...UGH. My previous pair of Drew shoes (not the other one I reviewed here) lasted two years, impressed my OT, the podiatrist and the lady who created my orthotic; not to mention were basically the same shoe style as this. These hopefully make it through the winter. I have not yet put my orthotic in it because I fear it will make my foot sit too high.I still recommend Drew shoes, just avoid this color (not necessarily the style) and be mindful of width and height.
