Finally high quality leggings for curvy thighs!! These ponte leggings are just what I have been looking for. They are a thick, matte black material with no sheen. They are long and fit down over the tops of my feet--not at all on the short side--I am 5'7". The material is substantial and holds in ripples and lumps to create a really smooth look. I did a search online for perfect leggings and these were mentioned on several fashion sites. Well, they were correct. The only thing I don't love is the seam on the front, but I'm willing to overlook this. The waistband comes to my natural waste and creates a smooth hip and stomach. The very wide waistband means no rolling or discomfort when sitting. Really, they are as good as it gets. If someone knows of nicer leggings, I'd love to hear about them!I have been buying these leggings for years and love them. However, these did not fit like my others. I had bought the cotton leggings in the past but decided to buy some that were dressier for my tunics (the cotton fades over time). My favorite part of the leggings I bought in the past have been the length (I’m tall) and they don’t roll! These that I recently bought ROLL. So sad! The waistband seems to be made the same so I’m unsure of the reason. I would give a 5 if they did t roll. Material is still great!Material looks nice, but is really thick, which has both pros and cons. Pros: passes squat test. Cons: itchy and doesn't breathe. Also started to pill in the upper thigh area after a few hours of wear, but I have little thunder thighs so I was expecting that (although none of my Nike leggings I run/hike in have pilled in years of regular wear).I have worn Lysse leggings for many years. They are comfortable and don’t roll down at the waist. Leggings are so practical and interchangeable. This is one of the best brands I’ve worn so far. Five ⭐️ purchase.These leggings were well touted as being fantastic so I wanted to try a pair and the high price did not deter me. They fit well but I did not like the seam down the front on both sides. I was hoping for solid black tights and did not notice this seam in the images. Just not my style.Although I like this brand of leggings very much, I returned these. I've been wearing Lysse leggings for a couple years and have two pair. This style is a bit different, as it has a center seam down the front of the leg. I ordered the same size I normally wear and felt these were quite a bit too small. I did not like the center seam down the front of the leg as it buckled or wrinkled a bit - possibly because they were too small?. I still like Lysse very much and will buy other styles in the future.Ordered Black and color was more dark blue especially against other black clothing pieces. Great fit though and I liked the quality but pointless when the color is off.Nice quality, very comfortable, which you'd expect for the price. Good fit. I have them in grey also which I purchased in a retail store--so knew what to expect.
