I have a proportionate runner's profile, I'm 5'7, 133 lbs. I ordered a small based on the size chart. I really have a hard time finding fishing leggings that fit well. These are too tight in the calves, too loose in the waist, perfect around the thighs and too short. I'd try going up a size but they're not available. So much for that. They're getting returned.
