These are one size fits all, but fit like a U.S. size small. I sometimes have to size up depending on the small because I have a large bottom, and these are a little snug in the bottom, which makes them ride low in back. They are very see-through, not opaque at all; almost like panty hose. I'm 5'6 and they are long enough.They would need to be worn with a top or skirt long enough to cover your underwear because even black shows through!They will work for me to teach my fitness class because I wear a sweater around my waist. Very cute metallic pattern, unique and fair price considering metallics are very popular right now and super expensive. Everywhere I search, metallic tights are about $30-40. Got these for $11.99, which is more than I would normally pay for tights that are so see-through, but I think it's worth it for the trendy/unique factor.
