The fabric feels nice and even seemed to have a cooling effect on a hot day.It is not baggy but fits perfectly. The pleats down the front stretch giving you extra room if needed. A perfect design and very flattering for heavy chested ladies. The tunic length goes down to my buttocks providing plenty of coverage in that area, also. This top will fit a wide range of body types.The tulip sleeves are split in two and overlap each other providing my arms with plenty of maneuverability.Whatever solid color pants that I wear, this shirt will stand out in a crowd. The material is soft yet holds its style and stays fresh after shopping and running errands. It doesn’t wrinkle either after wearing all day.Care instructions: Washed on delicate cycle and tumble dry on medium for about 15 minutes. It was still damp, so I hung it up to dry. It did not fade or wrinkle. In other words, no ironing.Note: No ruffles. I'm not sure why ruffles are mentioned in the description.The style I purchased is vibrant. The shirt is constructed well. Looks good dressed up or with jeans. Love it, it's comfy and not too thin so no under shirt is needed. I can't say enough about this shirt. A definite wardrobe keeper.I really like this blouse. It is beautifully feminine and the material is soft and flowy. The gathers near the bodice make beautiful soft pleats down the front of the blouse.I was torn about ordering my usual size but just to be safe, I ordered 1 size up. I should not have but even though the top is a bit large and long, it is so forgiving and still looks great.I got this shirt in the Mint Green size Medium. I am 5'-5" and 155 lbs for reference. The shirt fit me great, pretty true to size. It is longer than most shirts though, which to me is nice because I hate the crop top trend.I like this shirt more than I thought I would. The sleeves are fluttery and soft, they look nice on my thick upper arms and the print is delicate.The colors match jeans, practically every color of leggings and shorts. I wore this to a neighborhood meetup and to the fair, both places it was perfect.The hem is just long enough with leggings, I'm not a fan of short shirts, I like covering up a bit.I really like this shirt. It's lightweight, soft, and long. I wore it today with black leggings and some boots. Super cute! My favorite part is that it is flowy so it hides away my belly. Did a thorough one over and all the seams seem in tact and no loose threads. Definitely recommend!
