For the price, these are just what I needed. I prefer leggings that stretch to fit around my body rather than the type with a "control" top (which does nothing but cut off my oxygen supply and relocate my extra baggage). These are just what I needed--super stretchy and super soft. Though they do have a fleece lining, they're not thick enough to keep me warm outside in cold weather. I think they'd be just fine for outdoor adventures warmer than 50 degrees! Also, as another reviewer or two mentioned, the material on the outside does pill and get a fuzzy pretty quickly. I'm okay with it because these leggings were very inexpensive, and I'm just wearing them around my house. But if you're looking for something to wear out on the town, you might want to consider finding something else. These run a bit on the small side, so order a size up. They are very nice to wear under pants on those really cold days.I have never tried this brand before, I ‘m impressed, very comfortable, fit nicely. The only thing I wish is they had the colors I was looking for, black and navy. They were out of stock.Very comfy and warm. They do a good Jen of keeping me warm during recess duty (I'm a teacher) on cold days, but they don't hold up well. They started pilling after a couple wears. I bought a navy pair and a black pair. Both pilled very quickly and the black pair already got a hole on the seam near the crotch. So sad, because I wanted to love them. These are fine for the price, but I wouldn't consider them proper leggings. They remind me more of fleece-lined tights. I'm 5'6" and 125 lbs, and I went with the Medium/Large for the length. The fit is just fine, and the slightly big size means they aren't as see-through as they might have been in the Small/Medium size. Even such, I wouldn't wear them as pants or with an outfit that didn't include a long sweater or dress to cover my bum. They will be perfect as an extra layer under jeans or dress pants in the winter.Edit: After a few washes (on delicate cycle, hung to dry) the "fleece" started thinning out and the leggings became very see through. Still warmer than non fleece leggings, but they'll be threadbare by Spring. Still giving them 3 stars though, because I didn't expect much for $8.Original review: Not luxury leggings, but for under $10 surprisingly comfortable and good coverage. They're soft and warm, but not too thick (perfect for "winter" in warmer climates or as a base layer for real winter weather). I'm 5'3" and usually a size 6-8 and both the s/m and the m/l fit - if you're on the cusp between sizes I'd recommend going up if you want to wear w/o a dress/long shirt but down if you don't mind a little sheerness over the rear.I will also caution - I'm short and these didn't bunch much at the bottom so not sure they'd work for taller people, but worth a shot. These are really nice leggings. They are not see through at all...spent some time in different light in front of the mirror to check. They are a slim cut...i am 5'4", 150#, with a larger waist, and i found these to fit well throught the legs and hips, and there was enough give in the waistband that i didn't feel constricted. They are not shiny, but very soft and warm on the inside. I wore them for about 8 hours the first day, and they neither bagged in the knees nor grabbed at my calves or ankles like some leggings do. The length was great, probably could cover someone up to 5'7" at least.I will start out by saying these were very warm and comfortable. But the pair I received were defective I suppose. The material immediately showed flaws and although they were small flaws, by the end of the day they had multiple small holes. The leggings do not have the Muk Luk's logo tag. These leggings are not the same as branded Muk Luks that I own. The lining is not as soft or fleecey, the outside is shinier and not as comfortable to the touch as the branded ones. Nothing like my branded Muk Luks.So looking forward to receiving these in navy - I've several plain black/patterened black and grey too.So disappointed that way too small.Perfect fit, lovely warm fleece lining... these leggings are way too short! Even accounting for the modern ankle style of leggings and pants these days, the inseam is likely only about 25’’ and there’s not a lot of stretch since they are lined. I’m tall, I’m used to things being short on me. As you can see in the photo, these leggings are more like capris than they are pant length. I returned them.Fit perfect... waist is a more than a bit higher than usual, lol, but in this case it’s ok because they’re meant to keep me warm while walking my dogs in the Canadian winter, so the extra layer of warmth on my midsection is more welcome than irritating...The extra-high waist isn’t too tight or restrictive, & probably helps to keep the pants from slowly slipping down (hiking my pants up every 2 mins is so frustrating especially when I’m walking 2 big, energetic dogs pulling me in all different directions!).These fleece leggings are awesome ❤️
